HOW ART IS FALLING IN A CONTEMPORARY HOLE.
Hi, my understandable followers, in this
first entry I want to explain my point of view about the contemporary art and
how it seems to be decreasing in a kind of commercial roulette.
Is true the fact that art is a subjective expression
of the human soul, but what we well known as the “soul” is created by the conscience
and it belongs and become from the thinking, reason and knowledge.
We can’t keep apart the fact that art is a
discipline that shows the best potential of the human reason, the creativity.
Without the feelings we don’t have art, but
those are a package of different reactions of our conduct and notice that I am
using the plural to refer the sensation.
Greed is only one of all of them, and to concentrate in just one is like
to pretend to build a five floors house with only sand. Of course, we can’t.
There are a lot of people that call themselves
“artists”, but let’s be realist, they can’t create anything relevant that can make
proud, trans generationally, the human race.
I don’t pretend to take away the work of
anyone, because, like merchants, they do an excellent work, even, some of them
like rouges. That’s a face of the knowledge
that is inherent to the specie. All we are
instinctive and the reason itself too.
I am trying to explain that art is the maximum expression limited
for the talent, discipline, knowledge, perspective, feelings, procedures,
composition, beauty and inspiration.
The artist has to learn, even if he had
born with talent, the ways to perfect his own techniques.
To use a device, a software, or something
that limit the own talent is just to lie to himself. Setting should be only that, things that
help someone to show the best part of him.
The human brain can learn the entire life,
of course if the person in fact has not a healthy problem. So, why don’t let the brain increase its
skills?
If
someone use an artificial intelligence to create a picture, for example, the appreciation
should be for the people who created the A.I.
not the people who pretend to become something that he isn’t. Is the same when the music is reduced to a
noise with two chords with obscene lyrics, if we can call it lyric.
Sometimes I feel angry, upset or preoccupated
at least, when I watch a banana glued on
a wall and called art, or kids dancing like dogs in heat emulating a videoclip from
the tv that their parents allowed watching and even provide.
I think the money should be used to preserve the specie, not destroy it with the wrong
idea to generate earnings that, without sustainability, they are destinated to reduce
their value to cero.
The problem is transcendental and
generational, and it will continue increasing as long as the population will do
it as well.
But I keep hope because though only one creative person would stay, the art would have sense to be.
